The hotel's location proved very convenient (I walked everywhere!). I took the city tour, and the bus stop stood right outside. The room was clean. My request for particular beds was fulfilled ahead of time. I found the staff very friendly and always ready to answer questions.

The breakfast area felt dimly lit and a bit cramped. More than two people at the buffet created the need for polite maneuvering.

My room on the 12th floor had lovely views of the town. I could even see the mountains from the window seat. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. I found the staff to be both friendly and helpful.
